Australian Defence: Career Portal
Online career portal designed and developed for the Australian Defence Force as part of VFair, an online careers event hosted by CareerOne. The challenge was to create an online platform where the client could interact with users and showcase the various opportunities available within the Australian Defence Force, similar to the experience of a live career show event. The solution was a live, fully immersive online solution that allowed users to explore the world of the Australian Defence Force in real-time through chat, webinars, interactive environments and social media. Users could ask questions, download content, join discussions, apply for jobs and gain real insights from a variety of professionals within the Army, Navy and Air Force. The result allowed the Australian Defence Force access to a much wider audience across Australia at a fraction of the cost of a physical career show event.
